Customer Success Specialist is responsible in maintaining a good, empathetic, and professional relationship with the merchants and users by ensuring that all the concerns, requests, messages and/or emails from them are addressed and answered on a timely manner.

He/she shall always put clients and users on top priority to have a smooth sailing relationship with them.

On the other hand, Customer Success Specialist shall not only focus on the concerns raised by the merchants and users but shall also accommodate messages commending the service of the app and the team, queries regarding the product and what it offers and other emails, messages and calls sent for immediate response to show them the impact of customer obsession.

  • Data and information verification and checking for successful onboarding and usage of the app.
  • Maintain and develop harmonious relationship with the merchants and end users.
  • Attainment of customer satisfaction
  • Ensures Merchant and Customer retention and loyalty
  • Bridging gap and connections between Marketing, Sales, and Product Development
  • Helps produce high revenues through continuous cross and up selling initiative

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher on IT, Management and any other related courses
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written and verbal communication English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
