Responsibilities
- Enforce HR Policies & Procedures
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Maintain good employee relations
- Plan and oversee the Learning and Development Initiatives of the organization
- Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
Must Have
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology and any other related courses
- 5 years experience in human resources
- Above average communication skills
- Attentive to details
Nice to have
- Experience in using Odoo
- Experience in automation of processes
