Trainer shall be the one responsible on the successful conduct of Merchant and Customer training and onboarding. Trainer shall be able to discuss the complete details of Talk App and be able to give an App Know-How in a time-sensitive, cost effective and scalable way.
As a Trainer, he/she shall also be the one assigned to do the planning, designing, preparing, and researching for an appropriate type of approach to do during the training.
To measure the effectiveness of the conducted training, the Trainer shall prepare a type of assessment program to be taken by the attendees to see if everything that was took up during the training are cleared and that merchants and customers will fully utilize the use of the app.
On the other hand, the Trainer shall not only be focusing on the planning and conduct of the training but must also be able to create, prepare, innovate and enhance training materials in a matter that is understandable by everyone.
Responsibilities
- Ensures complete understanding and merchant and client knowledge as to how the app works
- Create new training materials and enhance the existing once. Innovate outdated materials
- Plan and design for accurate and appropriate means of doing the training based on the profile of the attendees
- Mastery of training tools (conduct & design of materials)
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Education, Management and other related courses
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written and verbal communication
- Highly creative and innovative
- Training Material Preparation (PPT, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, and other related tools)
- High level of interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience in conducting training/orientation
- Training software expertise
- High level of confidence and iexternal professional interaction experience
