The Talk QR code works like other apps that use the QR code mechanism. The user needs to:
1. Download the Talk app
2. Create an account
3. Scan the QR code of your preferred merchant. Better yet, make use of the Community QR Code whenever applicable and see Talk's diverse categories!
4. Inquire, order, pay and receive your purchase.
TALK has an exciting feature wherein a specific location – also known as a COMMUNITY – can have a singular QR code.
Since Talk is a location-based app, the QR will only display the merchant's storefront if you are within range (usually inside the 6-kilometer radius) of the business. If not, we'll let you know through a pop-up that tells you you're out of range at the moment.
We offer four transactions types for our Dining Category: dine-in, takeout, pick-up and delivery. Want to order in-store today? Dine-in or takeout using the steps below:
1. Tap “Talk to me!”
2. Inform the Talker of your preferred transaction type (dine-in or takeout)
3. Order
4. Confirm your order. If you're dining in, make sure to inform the food attendant of your table number and input it on the app as well.
5. Select a payment method
6. Pay and enjoy!
After payment, your order will be processed and prepared. You can follow up your order via Tap to Talk, and wait for the notification that says the order is ready for pick-up or delivery.
*You may also order by tapping your desired items on the menu.

Need a specific way to prepare your favorite salad? Forgot to mention your severe nut allergy? Just tap the "T" icon so you can directly share important information with your merchant.
There is also a “special instructions” box within the ordering page, so you can conveniently type your request.
You can tap the “T” icon or the “Talk to Me” button to inform the merchant of a change in your order. However, this will depend on the status of your order or whether the store allows change in orders.
Once the payment is successful, orders are going to be processed right away, but you can check the estimated preparation time through your On-going tab. You will receive a pop-up notification once the merchant is ready to serve your order and once the order is completed -- meaning you're now enjoying you meal!
You can always follow up your orders through the "Talk to Me!" button any time.
As long as there is already an order number, your order will still be processed even if you accidentally close the app.

Yes. The merchant can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
(1) Customer’s discretion as long as order has not been placed. Otherwise, cancellation is no longer an option.
(2) Item/Food out of stock. Your merchant will contact you via Talk before cancelling the order so you can choose another available item.
If any concerns arise, just use the "Talk to Me!" button to receive transaction updates.
